Why does a divide by zero error sometimes occur when using InForm?

Certain (older) versions of InForm Designer (formerly iFORM Designer) and InForm Filler (formely iFORM Filler) would display a Divide by Zero error when trying to open a form while particular printers were set to default in Windows.

If InForm Designer or InForm Filler was being used for the first time, the error was perceived to appear during launch, but was in fact occuring while the default form was being opened.

The only reported incompatible printer was the HP P1006, but it is likely there are others.

The latest InForm Designer and InForm Filler installations available for download on this website no longer contain the error. Please update your installation immediately.
