All personal data is stored on a secure UK-based server owned by Ionos Cloud Ltd and maintained by Fly Software. Access to the server is secured by multi-factor authentication, and remote access to the database where personal data is stored is restricted to specific IP addresses.
Ionos Cloud Limited has its own Privacy Policy.
Although we take reasonable steps to protect personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including for legal, accounting, tax, support, and record-keeping purposes.
