Why does text within my forms appear differently on other PCs?
The fonts used by text within InForm documents are not embedded within it. This means if you design a form using a font that is not installed on another PC, InForm Filler and InForm Designer will pick a substitute font that may look different than the original font.
To help ensure text within your forms looks the same on as many PCs as possible, it is advised you use fonts that are installed within Windows by default.
The following fonts are normally installed by all versions of Windows and are therefore considered "safe" to use when designing forms...
- Arial
- Courier New
- Georgia
- Impact
- Symbol
- Tahoma
- Times New Roman
- Verdana
- Wingdings
