Can I create a form that only prints the filled in content on a pre-printed form?
InForm Designer allows you to configure almost any component of a form element or an entire page background so it is not printed. This means a form can be created so only filled in content is printed on a pre-printed form.
To prevent a component of a form element or an entire page background from being printed, set the associated Publish property value in the property inspector to No.
To ensure filled in form content is printed in the correct position on a pre-printed form, a printer offset facility is also provided in InForm Filler and InForm Designer. This allows the form filler to move filled in form content vertically or horizontally on the page so alignment is perfect no matter what printer is used. To access the printer offset facility, select Printer Offsets on the File menu.
For further details, search for "Publish Property" and "Printer Offsets" in the InForm Designer Help.
